This privacy policy sets out how Colordemy uses and protects any information that you give Colordemy when you use this website. Colordemy is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
Colordemy may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from the 1st October 2020.
What we Collect

- Other information relevant to customer offers
What we do with the information we gather
It is not compulsory for you to provide us with your personal information which we may have requested from you for us to perform a service for you, however, without the specified information, we may not be able to fulfil your request or provide you with the service you require.
Photos for custom portrait kits
When you order a custom portrait kit, you upload a photo. This section explains how we handle it.
What we collect
- The photo you upload
- Whether it shows a pet or a person, and any note you add to your order
- Your order details, such as your name, email and delivery address
Why we use it
We use your photo only to make, check and send your order. We never post it publicly, and we don't use it in advertising. If we'd like to show your finished portrait, we'll ask you first, and you can say no.
Who sees your photo
- Our team in Sydney, including our in-house artists for human artist styles
- Uploadcare, the service that stores uploaded photos for us
- The AI image tools we use to make AI-assisted designs
Some of these services store or process photos on servers outside Australia.
How long we keep it
We delete your photo 30 days after you upload it. We keep your finished portrait design for 12 months, so you can order more kits of it.
If you'd like your photo or design deleted sooner, email support@colordemy.com. If we haven't printed your kit yet, deleting your photo means we'll cancel the order and refund it in full.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

This privacy policy does not apply to parties that may be linked or associated with our website. Those website owners are responsible for the privacy of the information they collect and should be contacted directly for details of their privacy policies. Colordemy does not rent or sell personal information about customers or customer lists to third parties.
Controlling your personal information
Authorised staff who will use it to fulfil requests, orders, and provide news updates as per any requests may access all information disclosed and collected. If you have given us permission to do so, we may contact you occasionally to advise of changes or updates to our website and/or to advise of special offers and news updates.
