How long does delivery take?
We ship all orders via Australia Post.
- Regular Parcel Post
- Metro (same state): 2 business days
- Regional (same state): up to 5 business days
- Interstate: 3–6 business days
- Express Post
- Next business day delivery for most Australian metro addresses (approx. 80%)

Are there delivery delays?

Can I track my order?
Yes. All orders are dispatched within 1 business day, and you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery at any time.

What items are not eligible for return?
We generally don’t accept returns for used items.
